We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by isotoner.com within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

 

HOW TO start a Return

You may return your Isotoner.com item within 60 days of delivery for a refund.  For an expedited return, send an email to returns@isotoner.com with the following information:

  • Current Isotoner PO#/Order# (starting with ISOT)
  • List of specific item(s) being returned if multiple items on order
  • Tracking number from RETURNED PACKAGE (via FedEx, UPS, USPS) We recommend USPS as the most cost-effective method.

 We can provide a return label (please provide a valid PO#); however, the cost of return shipping label, if used, will be taken out of the refund.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

    -Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

    -Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the return has been processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-10 days, minus original shipping charges.

 

Exchanges & Warranties 

Allow 2 to 6 weeks for return. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We do not honor warranties on isotoner products sold outside of the United States or Canada. Please contact our customer care department if you have any questions or concerns..
  • This exchange shipping label is not pre-paid.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees.

 

HOW TO start an Isotoner.com Exchange:

 

You may exchange your isotoner.com item within 30 days of delivery for a size exchange, and for items purchases from www.isotoner.com only.

Send an email to exch-warr@isotoner.com with the following information:

  • Current PO#/Order# (starting with ISOT)
  • Full ID of item purchased (ex. SKU: A92399NBLMD)
  • Full ID of item size needed (ex SKU: SKU: A92399NBLLG)
  • Tracking number for RETURNED ITEM (via FedEx, UPS, USPS)

The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with your post office. We recommend the USPS as the most cost-effective method of return shipment.

An exchange will be processed via this email once the above information is sent to the email provided.  If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued on the active order.

 

HOW TO process an Isotoner.com Warranty

Isotoner Warranties are for items purchased on www.isotoner.com

Send an email to exch-warr@isotoner.com with the following information:

  1. Submit Minimum 3-4 photos of item being warrantied, showing defect of slipper
  2. Full ID SKU from the tag of the item being warrantied
  3. Full name, address and email
  4. Go to www.isotoner.com, chose an item and provide full ID / Color / Size of item for replacement.

When your warranty is approved by our Quality Assurance, a replacement will be shipped, and you will be notified via email.

Please note the Zenz slipper is not available for a warranty choice, unless the Zenz slipper was the original purchase.
